We started the semi final on friday in a very disappointing way. A number of unforced errors saw the leopards leading 16-0 after 20 minutes of play.
We created two try scoring opportunities but failed to finish.
Fortunately we scored two tries in the 6 minutes before the break to take the score to 16-12.
We knew if we keep the ball and make the right decisions we could win this game.
The Leopards extended their lead to 19-12 shortly after half time.
Things then started to work for us and started scoring at regular intervals. Our mauls caused the leopards problems and we scored two tries from that.
We scored three tries from kick-off receives that gave us enormous confidence.
One off the best tries of the day came from a middle scrum with a set move to the right that was perfectly executed.
With us having an edge in the scrums and line outs , we had a great platform to play from.
What was really pleasing that we also kept them tryless in the second half.
In the end outplaying them with 9 tries to 1gave us a lot of confidence going into the final.
Final score 59-19.
We travel to George for our game on Friday kick off at 18:00.
Looking forward to a really tough game against respected opponents.
